The World Health Organization declared Turkey a "model country" during the anti-epidemic period.
Turkey annonunced by The World Health Organisation as “Examplary Country” during the pandemic period. Not only because of it’s process management but with the services that it gives to the citizens. Turkey is one of the few countries which offers free health care services. With no charge there is a right to take any medical care not only during the pandemic but lifetime.
Turkey gives the air ambulance service since 2008. It is the only state that offers this service for free. This year, only 664 patients were transported by air abulance so far. In this hard period that the world is struggling, Turkey has proven itself in many ways. The Health Minister of Turkey declared that “Those who think that similar health operations can only be in movies, should belive in our country”.
