The International Business Forum (IBF) plans to hold the Arab-Turkish Business Summit (2) in the industrial capital of the Middle East; Gaziantep, southern Turkey.
The International Business Forum (IBF), established by the MÜSİAD Association in 1995, is an institution of great importance in the field of establishing economic relations between countries, establishing sustainable cooperation models and strengthening communication between members.
The summit aims to promote regional development and bring businessmen from Turkey, the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf under one roof, in addition to increasing the volume of mutual investment and trade to the highest levels, where issues related to investment incentives in Turkey will be discussed.
In this context, a press conference was held at the main center of Musiad, today, Friday, in the presence of Mahmoud Asmali, President of the Association and President of the International Business Forum Arol Yarar.
In his speech, Asmaly stressed that his association would adopt activities that would add value to the Turkish economy, increase the volume of production and investment, and develop local and national projects.
Asmaly also pointed to the importance of creating new partnerships in export-oriented trade by enhancing investment areas, developing production areas, and creating a business environment that supports regional development by bringing together investors from the Middle East and the Gulf region, and modernizing export infrastructure works within the scope of 2023 goals.
It is planned that the summit of the Arab-Turkish Forum, which was announced today at the press conference, will be launched on July 11, and will be hosted by the state of Gaziantep.
The city of Gaziantep was chosen because it is one of the important industrial cities in Turkey and has a major role in raising Turkey's economy and plays a role in the trade and investment sector.
Among the most important industrial branches in the city are textiles, leather, copper, carpets, cotton threads, acrylic, flour, semolina, pasta, foodstuffs, vegetable oils, plastics and detergents.
It is worth noting that the Turkish Association of Independent Industrialists and Businessmen “MÜSİAD” was founded in Istanbul on May 9, 1990 by Turkish businessmen who believed in the necessity of opening their country to the global market. The standard that represents Turkey's bridge for economic communication with the whole world.
