Statistics issued by the Land Registry Directorate in Turkey indicate that real estate sales in Turkey exceeded two million properties during the first 11 months.
As official data reported, real estate sales in Turkey exceeded more than two million properties during the first 11 months of this year 2021,
Real estate sales in Turkey exceed two million, during the first 11 months
Turkey witnessed the sale of about 2.8 million properties, during the first 11 months of this year.
According to data compiled by Anatolia from the Ministry of Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Change, last November alone, 357,446 real estate sale transactions were conducted.
Last October, the number of real estate sales transactions reached 291,853.
During the period between January and November 2021, the total real estate sales transactions in Turkey amounted to 2,768,262 transactions.
Residential apartments are the most sold types of real estate during the first 11
The statistical data issued by the Tabu Directorate in Turkey announced the types of properties sold throughout Turkey, during the first 11 of this year, as the ranking of properties sold in Turkey was as follows:
• Residential apartments ranked first, with 231,000 524 apartments sold.
• Lands ranked second, with 482,845 land sold.
• Farms ranked third with 731 thousand 825 farms.
• Commercial real estate ranked fourth, with sales of 123 thousand 68 commercial properties.
Istanbul tops the Turkish states in real estate sales
The General Directorate of Land Registry and Land Survey in Turkey mentioned the details related to the arrangement of the Turkish states that sold the most real estate during the first 11 of this year, as they came:
• Istanbul is ranked first in the percentage of sales, which amounted to 354 thousand and 25 properties.
• The Turkish capital, Ankara, ranks second in the rate of real estate sales with 192,505 properties.
• Izmir is ranked third in terms of the number of real estate sales with 134,972 properties.
•Antalya is ranked fourth with 104 thousand and 22 properties.
•Konya Province is ranked fifth with 97,523 properties.
•Bursa is ranked sixth with 96,398 properties.
•Mersin is ranked seventh with 74 thousand 432 properties.
