According to statistics issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute for home sales for the month of October, there was an increase in home sales throughout Turkey by 14.9 percent in October compared to the same month of the previous year, and it became 137 thousand and 401.

It is worth noting here that home sales decreased by 15.2 percent in the period from January to October compared to the same period in the previous year and amounted to one million and 86 thousand 539.
According to the institute's data, sales of mortgaged homes across Turkey increased by 9.7 percent in October compared to the same month of the previous year and became 28,049, and the share of mortgage sales in total home sales was 20.4 percent.
On the other hand, sales of foreclosed homes in the January-October period decreased by 60.7 percent compared to the same period in the previous year to 209,904.
As a result of other types of sales, 109 thousand 352 homes were changed.
On the other hand, sales of other homes in Turkey increased by 16.3 percent in October compared to the same month of the previous year and became 109 thousand 352.
The share of other sales in total home sales was 79.6 percent. Other home sales in the January-October period were 876,635, up 17.4 percent over the same period a year earlier.
Iranians are at the forefront of nationalities investing in real estate in Turkey
In the classification of foreign nationalities according to their purchases of apartments in Turkey during the month of October of this year 2021, the following was stated:
- Iranians ranked first among the most foreign nationalities buying apartments in Turkey during October with the purchase of 1265 apartments.
