Then the Iraqis, then the Afghans, then the Yemenis, then the Chinese, then the Palestinians, then the Egyptians, then the Jordanians, then the Pakistanis, then the Russians.

The most important factors that encourage Iranians to buy real estate in Turkey:

Istanbul had accounted for 80.1% of real estate investments aimed at obtaining citizenship throughout Turkey, achieving first place among the Turkish states.
Then came Antalya in the second place, in the third Ankara, in the fourth place was Yalova, in the fifth Mersin, in the sixth Izmir, in the seventh Bursa, in the eighth Mugla, in the ninth Samsun, and in the tenth Sakarya.

As for the classification of Istanbul regions due to foreign investments with the aim of Turkish citizenship.

Istanbul’s regions topped Esenyurt, followed by Beylikdüzü, then Basaksehir, Bagcilar, Avcilar, Buyukcekmece, Kucukcekmece, Kağıthane, Zeytinburnu, then Fatih.
